Strata Manager (Whittles)

Whittles is the strata management company for the Lake Bennett Residential Estate.

The Whittles Owner Portal provides access to financial statements, account balances, transactions, correspondence, and general information (including committee correspondence). Access information can be found on your levy statement.

We encourage all owners to receive correspondence via email. Please send your email details to Christine to stay updated.

Committee

The committee consists of up to seven property owners nominated and elected at the Annual General Meeting (AGM).

Maintenance Concerns: Please contact Jan Jewell via messenger. Jan will relay the issue to the committee chair and members.

Utilities & Services

Waste Management (Rubbish)

  • Household Rubbish: Collected every Monday (240-liter bins only - provided by the Council).
  • Green Waste: Collected on Fridays (provided by Lakeside Upkeep and Tech).
  • Dump: The Batchelor dump is free for property owners in the Coomalie area. There is a list online on the Council's website of what is accepted and not accepted.

Water Supply

  • Water is supplied by two bores and stored in tanks on the escarpment.
  • Testing: Water is tested every six months; results are available on the Whittles portal.
  • Filtration: If concerned about quality, consider installing a filtration system.

Body Corporate Levies

Billing dates for levies are: - October 1st - January 1st - April 1st - July 1st

Late payments may incur additional fees.
